Washing Instructions

How do I wash the products?

With all products:

- 30 degrees or hand wash
- do not tumble dry

Fabrics

Which fabrics do you use?

For the front side we use cotton, jersey and denmin stretch. For the back we use fleece. 

Fleece or terry cloth?

Both are possible. Fleece is a bit softer and warmer. In our experience it absorbs better. We use standard fleece but if you want terry cloth this is possible. After placing and order you can leave a comment that you would like this option. The price will remain the same. 

Sale

Are the products in the Sale available faster?

We do not work from a stock. Everything is made when the order is placed. Therefore, the delivery time in the sale is also 14-21 working days.

Payment & Shipping

How does the payment work?

We work with Ideal, Bancontant, paypal and transfer in advance. As soon as the payment is done we will send the package within 14- 21 working days. If it takes longer, we will inform you. We make everything by hand, somtimes it might take a bit longer. We run this webshop in addition to our regular jobs and the care for our special needs children. We hope you understand and we do our best to ship it as soon as possible!

What are the shipping cost?

 Netherlands € 6,95. This is send in a package. 

The shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart. 

Do you also ship abroad?

We can ship abroad. The cost depend on the country and will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart. 

Exchange & Returns

The size of the product is not good, can I sexchange it?

Each product has a size according to age. This is and remains handicraft and every product is personally made for you. Therefor, the product can unfortunataly not be retured.
 

The product does not meet my wisheds. Can I get my money back?

Does the product not meet your needs? Is the product broken or not the right size? Please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
